Lund Water Bottle: I drink A LOT of water. I swear by sleep, hydration, nutrition and exercise as the basis for good health and I drink so. much. water.
Yeti tumbler: Such a cliche for someone who grew up in England but I also drink A LOT of tea. PG Tips is my tipple of choice. Also, I love this tumbler as it actually does the job of keeping my tea hot no matter how many calls I have to stop and take before I finish a cup.
Earphones: I bought these at an airport figuring I’d need them only for the flight but they’ve swiftly replaced all others. The long cord makes them feel so old school but my ears are tiny so wireless ear pods are uncomfortable and never stay in properly. I have some very cool over-ear headphones for when I’m working out in the gym but these tiny ones are always in my bag, never need to be charged and have become absolutely essential for calls which I often take while I’m walking. And tbh, 7000 4.5* Amazon reviews can’t be wrong!
Folio: I love this color and I love making notes with pen and paper. During meetings, on calls, I’m 100% going to make my notes with this. I also start and end my day with a list of what needs to get done and no app can ever beat the satisfaction of crossing things off with a pen (asana comes close though!)
Anti-radiation phone case: Now my son is a little older and I don’t need a Fort Knox of an otter case to compensate for his fast reflexes and shockingly good throwing arm, I’ve graduated to this case. I use my phone all the time for work, taking calls, updating documents, playing calendar Tetris. I rarely carry my laptop when I’m out and about so I also do a surprising amount of work from my phone. I figured reducing my EMF exposure by 99% was probably a good idea.
Hand sanitizer: I take the bus with my son a lot so even pre-coronavirus I always have one of these in my bag and he always has one in his backpack. These smell nice and don’t feel as harsh on our skin.
Delfonics Quitterie: I first found and fell in love with these in their store in Paris. Such a great collection of sizes and fun colors. Perfect for corralling a lot of the items mentioned above. I’m not particularly loyal with my day bag and switch several times a week so keeping my essentials in this means I never forget anything important.
Liberty Wallet: Such a delight to see the fun, bright print when I look into my bag. Such a delight to have an iconic little piece of London with me at all times.
