VOTE - IT’S YOUR RIGHT!

The 2024 General Election will take place on November 5, 2024. Now more than ever, it is important to exercise our fundamental right to vote. According to Vote Save America, almost 41 million members of Generation Z are eligible to vote this year. That said, it is our hope that the below information can aid those who may be voting for the first time - or those who just need a reminder - with resources to make their voting process seamless and informed.

Important Dates and Voting Information: 

  1. The last day to register to vote for the November 5, 2024, General Election is October 21, 2024.

  2. All California active registered voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot for the November 5, 2024, General Election.

  3. Ballot drop-off locations opened on October 8, 2024.

  4. Vote-by-mail ballots can be returned by mail, at a drop-off location, or your county elections office.

  5. Vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by November 12, 2024.
